Radiologist Network
When your diagnostic volume outpaces your local capacity
A French healthcare operator needed a reliable flow of specialist radiology cross-reads — second opinions on imaging reports, delivered consistently, in French, at scale.
The problem wasn’t finding radiologists. It was finding the right ones. Radiology isn’t a single specialty. Neuro, MSK, chest, abdominal — a generalist can’t cover all of it, and in France, senior specialists at that level bill above €150/hour. That’s before you factor in coordination, scheduling, quality control, and the reality that nobody senior wants a part-time remote gig managed by a spreadsheet.
We built the operational layer around them.
What we set up
A dedicated network of Philippine radiologists — each selected for their sub-specialty match, not just general credentials. They work alongside their hospital roles, which means no full-time commitment required on either side, and genuine clinical depth on ours.
Each report goes through a structured pipeline: translated from English into French, reformatted to match the client’s internal standards, and stripped of identifiable patient data before it ever leaves the secure environment. The output lands in the client’s system ready to use — not ready to fix.
Capacity runs from 1 to 7 specialists depending on monthly volume, currently processing 200–500 reports per month. Performance is tracked. Quality is monitored. Turnover is low, which matters — these aren’t interchangeable, and every specialist who stays is one who doesn’t need re-onboarding.
The outcome
The client gets specialist-grade cross-reads at roughly €60/hour — a fraction of the French market rate for equivalent expertise — with full project management included. No recruitment overhead, no scheduling burden, no chasing people down.
Total engagement: ~€200K/year. Equivalent local setup: significantly more, with significantly more friction.
